For initial certification in Wyoming, all candidates must:
Earn a baccalaureate degree and participate in an approved Educator Preparation Program
This program must include student teaching
Submit official transcripts
Submit two blue FBI Fingerprint Cards and complete a background check
Demonstrate knowledge of the US and Wyoming Constitutions
Complete required examinations
Submit a completed application packet.
